Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Cancellations of orders are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged in the shipping process. If this should occur, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item. Since wallpapers require custom printing, all wallpaper orders are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders

Shipping
While we are still a small operation and all items are handmade to order, we aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19, please allow for 7-12 days to prepare your textile items, package and ship them. If it's been 12+ days since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please send an email with your order number to runaandthebeast@gmail.com. Please note that all wallpaper orders are custom and currently require 5-6 weeks to prepare and ship. Thank you for your patience!
